Old National Bancorp of Evansville, Ind., said Thursday that it had hired the chief executive of KeyCorp's McDonald Investments Inc. as its own CEO.
Robert G. Jones will succeed James A. Risinger, who resigned from the $9 billion-asset company in March.
Mr. Risinger was also its chairman. That job has been split off and given to Larry E. Dunigan, who has been the interim chairman.
Mr. Jones, who will start Sept. 7, will also succeed Michael R. Hinton as president. Mr. Hinton, who has been promoted to senior executive vice president, will remain the company's chief operating officer and the president of its Old National Bank.
