In Brief: OppenheimerFunds' Asset Allocation Series

OppenheimerFunds Inc. said Monday that it had introduced Oppenheimer Portfolio Series, a new set of asset allocation mutual funds that invest in diversified portfolios of mutual funds managed by OppenheimerFunds and designed to meet the risk-return profiles of different investors.

Oppenheimer Portfolio Series is managed by a team including Kurt Wolfgruber, the company's chief investment officer; William Wilby, the director of equities; Jerry Webman, the director of fixed-income; Rudi Schadt, the director of equity analysis; and Caleb Wong, a vice president and portfolio manager.
