Regence Group Inc. of Portland, Ore., has partnered with the HSA Bank division of Connecticut's Webster Bank to give Regence customers access to health savings accounts.

Regence HSA members can set up an HSA Bank health savings account by enrolling online. Through this account they can access online tools to calculate tax-savings based on the current value of an HSA account. They can also calculate the future value of the account based on current HSA Bank interest rates.
Regence HSA members will receive Visa debit cards that may be used for payment of HSA-approved health-care services.
The partnership was announced Tuesday. Webster Bank's holding company is Webster Financial Corp. of Waterbury, Conn.
