VantisLife Insurance Co. in East Hartford, Conn., announced Tuesday the completion of a distribution agreement with Monroeville, Pa.-based Parkvale Bank, which has 46 retail offices in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Ohio.

Thomas R. Ondek, a senior vice president at the bank, said in a press release that VantisLife's line of insurance products would add value to customers' experience with the bank.

VantisLife offers asset-accumulation and asset-protection plans for middle-income customers. Its products include permanent coverage of whole life, the Guaranteed Golden plan for mature adults, low-cost and flexible term life insurance, children's term life, and TaxSaver annuities.
