The home banking software company Digital Insight said it has turned to DecisionOne of Frazer, Pa., to provide technical support for its Axis system.

DecisionOne, a remote help desk specialist serving more than 1,000 original equipment manufacturers and numerous software applications, will be available to thousands of people subscribing to on-line services through financial institutions.

Digital Insight's Axis lets Internet customers view account information, pay bills electronically, and transfer funds between accounts any time. The company has more than 150 financial institution users, with 140,000 active on-line customers.

Todd Brinkmeier, vice president of business development, said DecisionOne has "a core competency in Internet connectivity support and in the home banking marketplace."
