NAPLES, Fla. F.N.B. Corp. of Hermitage, Pa., has made its sixth insurance agency purchase of the past year, buying Don Ostrowsky & Associates Inc. of Cape Coral, Fla.

Ostrowsky specializes in life and health insurance and provides long-term-care, Medicare supplement insurance, and employee benefits. It will keep its name as a division of F.N.B.s Roger Bouchard Insurance Inc., which is based in Clearwater, Fla.
The Ostrowsky purchase was announced Feb. 1. F.N.B. now has five insurance agencies in Florida and two in western Pennsylvania. The $3.9 billion-asset company also owns banks in both states as well as a trust company and a consumer finance company.
