Louis A. Gardner has joined Peachtree LBP Finance Co. as vice president of its insurance services division in Norcross, Ga., the company said on Wednesday.
Mr. Gardner is to be responsible for marketing and distributing the Leveraged Bonus Program, Peachtree said.
Peachtree LBP is a provider of premium financing for the Leveraged Bonus Program, an individually owned executive benefits program funded by life insurance. LBP is a deductible alternative to traditional executive benefit arrangements, and it offers cost savings to companies while using leverage to extend benefits to participants.
Before joining Peachtree, Mr. Gardner was a New York Life vice president in its Leawood, Kan., brokerage department. He also had worked for Pacific Life Insurance Co. and Nationwide Insurance Co.
Peachtree LBP Finance Company is an affiliate of Peachtree Settlement Funding.
