Phoenix Cos. Inc., a Hartford, Conn., financial services company, has announced the promotions of Amy Fisher, Stephen D. Gresham, and Francis G. Waltman from vice president to senior vice president in asset management.
Ms. Fisher is responsible for Phoenix's institutional marketing, sales, and service; she also is president of the institutional markets group of Phoenix Investment Partners Ltd., the parent's asset management subsidiary, the company said on Thursday.
Mr. Gresham is the director of asset management distribution and sales and an executive vice president and the chief sales officer of Phoenix Investment Partners, a private-client group. Mr. Waltman is responsible for product development, management, and performance analytics.
Ms. Fisher, 50, joined Phoenix in 2004 from her own consulting company. Mr. Gresham, 45, joined Phoenix in 2001. Mr. Waltman, 43, was hired in 1993 and has worked in distribution and marketing.
