ING Group NV announced that Randall Ciccati, the president and chief executive officer of Primevest Financial Services and the head of advisory services for ING Advisors Network, will become the president of ING Advisors Network on April 1.
Mr. Ciccati will oversee overall strategy development and execution for ING's broker-dealer business. He will succeed Valerie Brown, who will become executive vice president of wealth management and annuities for ING U.S. Financial Services.
Mr. Ciccati led Primevest for eight years. Before that he had managed the investment programs at PNC Bank, Chase Manhattan Corp., and American Savings, where he was the president of ASB Financial Services.
