SARASOTA, Fla. Provident Bank of Florida, which has been expanding its private client group, has hired Maureen Hurst as an executive vice president for it.
Ms. Woodward, who has 26 years of experience in the financial industry, held the same title at PNC Bank in Pittsburgh.
She was the third hire in two months for the private client group.
Ms. Woodward joined W. David McShane, senior vice president and managing director, and Shane Williams, vice president, in the private clients group. Mr. McShane and Mr. Williams were hired from Wachovia Bank on Oct. 5.
