Scottrade has hired Chris X. Moloney as its chief marketing officer, the St. Louis-based online brokerage company announced Thursday.
Mr. Moloney will lead marketing strategy, advertising, branding, public relations, marketing research, and direct marketing. He was a vice president of corporate marketing for Charter Communications in St. Louis. Before that he worked for Maritz Inc. and Meridian Enterprises, both in St. Louis, and Parago, a Dallas marketing firm.
Scottrade has 262 branches nationally.
