SEI Investments, an Oaks, Pa., provider of asset management services, announced Monday that Westwood Holdings Group Inc. had chosen it to serve two new, no-load mutual funds.
SEI is to supply mutual fund administration, accounting, distribution, and compliance services for WHG Income Opportunity and WHG SMidCap funds.
Westwood is among several SEI clients who use its ComplianceAdvantage program, which supplies regulatory intelligence, best practices guidance, and one-on-one client support.
Westwood, a Dallas company, manages investment assets and provides services for its clients through the subsidiaries Westwood Management Corp. and Westwood Trust. Westwood Management is a registered investment adviser with clients among corporate pension funds, public retirement plans, endowments and foundations, mutual funds, and Westwood Trust. Westwood Trust offers trust and custodial services and participation in common trust funds that it sponsors to institutions and high-net-worth investors.
