Clark Consulting, a Barrington, Ill., firm that offers compensation, benefits, and funding solutions, said Friday that it has received a subpoena from the office of New York Attorney General Eliot Spitzer.
The subpoena seeks information related to the company's business practices relating to the sale of retirement products, including contingent commission agreements. Clark said it intends to cooperate with the inquiry.
Clark Consulting has more than 3,950 corporate, banking, and health-care clients.
