Sun Life Financial U.S. in Wellesley, Mass., said it has named Michael Conwill a vice president of finance and actuarial and Joel Prough a vice president of products in its annuities division.
Mr. Conwill is to be responsible for all actuarial and finance activities - including valuation, financial reporting, data management, expense planning and analysis, risk management, and controls - the company said Tuesday. He joined Sun Life in 1993 and was most recently a vice president of risk management.
Mr. Prough is to be responsible for product development, fund management, and product pricing. Before joining Sun Life Financial U.S., he was a vice president at Genworth Financial.
Mr. Conwill and Mr. Prough report to Mary Fay, the vice president of annuities.
