SunGard Data Systems Inc. of London has acquired two treasury management product lines from XRT Group of King of Prussia, Pa.
XRT said last year that it would stop development work on the high-end treasury product lines, Globes and TWS.
SunGard announced its acquisition of the product lines Friday but did not say how much it paid. The acquisition includes customer contracts, intellectual property, and assets related to sales, marketing, and development, and is not expected to have a significant effect on SunGard's financial results.
