In Brief: Three Nat City Units to Be Rebranded

National City Corp. of Cleveland said Wednesday that it is rebranding three organizations, including its Armada Funds group, as the Allegiant Asset Management Group.

The Allegiant name is to be applied as of next Monday to National City Investment Management Co., which has $31 billion of assets under management; the institutional asset management business; and the fund group, with $12 billion of assets in more than 30 portfolios. Allegiant Institutional Services is to include custody and 401(k) services.
