ENGLEWOOD, COLO. - Transpoint has signed contracts with seven additional companies, including Sallie Mae and BellSouth Corp, to deliver bills electronically to their customers.
With these additions, Transpoint now has 50 billers under contract, 24 of which are up and running, said Ralph Young, executive vice president of sales.
Transpoint is continuing to sign up billers despite the fact that it is being acquired by Atlanta-based CheckFree Holdings Corp. "It's business as usual here," Mr. Young said.
