TORONTO - UBS Asset Management, a unit of UBS AG, has completed its acquisition of RT Capital Management, the institutional pension fund management division of Royal Bank of Canada.
In a news release, UBS said RT Capital will be renamed Brinson Canada. Michael Wilson, who served as Canada's federal Minister of Finance from 1984 to 1991, will remain the division's president and chief executive, UBS said.
