The National Association of Insurance Commissioners has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Office of the Commissioner of Insurance of Hong Kong for dialogue and information exchange.
The association said Friday that its president, Alessandro Iuppa, signed the agreement at the International Association of Insurance Supervisors' meeting last week in Ottawa. Mr. Iuppa also is chairman of the international body.
