Digital Federal Credit Union in Marlborough, Mass., the 15th-largest U.S. credit union, with more than $3 billion of assets, has signed a life insurance distribution agreement with VantisLife Insurance Co., the Windsor, Conn., insurer announced Monday.

VantisLife's products are to be advertised to the credit union's members on the latter's Web site, in its branch network, and through a direct-response initiative. They will be offered through Financial Network Investment Corp., the credit union's broker-dealer.
The insurer's products are sold by licensed representatives at financial institutions and through a licensed direct sales force in the company's Windsor headquarters.
