CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Science Applications International Corp.'s Broadway & Seymour Group and TeleTech Holdings Inc. have announced they will create a joint venture to develop customer service software for the financial services industry.

The joint venture, CyberCare Financial Services, will handle customer service interactions that occur over the Internet, e-mail, and phone. CyberCare will be offered to banks, insurance companies, and other financial institutions.
Denver-based TeleTech Holdings provides electronic commerce customer relationship management software and support. The 18-year-old company offers a variation of CyberCare eCRM software to other clients in the telecommunications, technology, government, and transportation industries.
