ATLANTA - The account aggregator VerticalOne has signed an agreement with Business Logic to gather customers' 401(k) information.
VerticalOne will provide account aggregation to more than 10 million participants whose 401(k) plans are managed by record keepers who work with Business Logic. The participants will also be able to receive online financial advice.
S1 Corp., VerticalOne's parent company, invested in Business Logic in March, along with Goldman Sachs and efinanceworks.
