Wachovia Bank and McCamish Systems have renewed their nonqualified administration record keeping agreement for five years, the companies said Monday.
McCamish Systems is to continue doing nonqualified retirement plan record keeping for Wachovia's wealth management division, as it has done for the contract's first five years.
Wachovia, the flagship subsidiary of Wachovia Corp. in Charlotte, is one of the nation's largest personal trust providers. The alliance allows it to focus on the services that define its executive compensation product, including plan design, investment management, trust consulting, and change-in-control guidance, the companies said.
Atlanta-based McCamish supplies the record keeping system and other administrative services. Plan sponsor and participant Internet access is provided within McCamish's Internet application with appearance and content custom-developed to Wachovia's requirements.
