Webster Insurance, a subsidiary of Webster Financial Corp. in Waterbury, Conn., said Thursday that it had promoted William N. Guerrera to senior vice president, public entities division, and Frank N. Pulito to senior vice president, financial services.
Mr. Guerrera is responsible for property, casualty, and risk services, developing customized risk management solutions for public entities and large corporations. Since joining Webster four years ago, he has brought in about $1 million of revenue, the company said.
Mr. Pulito is responsible for developing employee benefit plans with cost-effective, fully funded and self-funded programs. In 1999, after more than 20 years' experience in the field, he joined Benefit Plans Design and Administration Inc., which Webster Insurance bought in 2001.
