In Brief: WSFS Adds Paytrust Bill Service to Site

WILMINGTON, Del. - WSFS Financial Corp. is offering Paytrust's bill payment and presentment service through its banking Web site.

Customers who log on to www.wsfsbank.com can register all their creditors online and never receive another bill by mail. Bills are scanned or electronically displayed, and e-mail alerts notify the customer of the bill's status.

Paytrust provides a similar service to Citibank. "The features and technology of this bill payment service surpass those of most other banks offering online bill payment," said Chris Carmichael, systems implementation coordinator for WSFS.

Paytrust, of Lawrenceville, N.J., offers full bill presentment. It can also receive electronic and paper bills from utilities, credit card companies, and other creditors, and consolidate payment at one online location.

WSFS Financial has $1.8 billion of assets. Its principal subsidiary, Wilmington Savings Fund Society, operates 27 retail banking offices in Delaware and Pennsylvania.
