DALLAS Robert Hall, a leader in customer relationship management, has left the Boston sales/service software outfit Xchange Inc. to become president of Carreker Corp.s revenue enhancement division.
The companies also announced a marketing agreement in which Carreker, a consultant and provider of payment and cash management software, will be the exclusive provider of Xchange Enact software. The software will be combined with Carrekers bank-targeted revenue enhancement service.
Mr. Hall, who was the general manager of the Enact unit at Xchange, will now serve the Boston company as an adviser.
Xchange has struggled in recent months. In January it announced several management changes, including the resignations of its president and chief operating officer, and its chief financial officer. In February it was named a defendant in a shareholder lawsuit alleging securities fraud. Its stock traded midday Thursday at $1.125.
