The French payment terminal maker Ingenico SA said fourth-quarter revenue rose 5% from a year earlier, to $288 million.
Ingenico, which reported its results Wednesday, cited demand from emerging markets and said sales in Asia almost tripled.
Revenue for the full year increased 7%, to $943 million.
The United States was the only place where Ingenico reported a decline in sales. For the full year, U.S. sales fell 4%, to $136 million.
