American Banker has launched a new AI-powered search engine for our website designed to give subscribers an easy way to access our latest news and research while also offering a deep, comprehensive dive into our archives.

Processing Content

The AI Answer Engine uses generative AI search trained on more than a decade of American Banker's award-winning journalism to deliver fast, cited answers on a wealth of topics. Every AI-generated response includes clear links to the original articles so readers can audit sources, review context and explore related coverage.

No other AI tool has access to American Banker's archives. We worked with our technology partners to create a process that is clear, streamlined and essential to your job.

Access AI answers by clicking the magnifying glass in the upper-right corner of American Banker's homepage. Type a query in natural language and you'll receive both a fully researched AI-generated response and a list of traditional search results, all exclusively from American Banker's content.

We welcome your feedback! Rate AI Answer Engine within the search tool itself, or by contacting ai@arizent.com.

Key features include:

  • Domain-trained AI on 10 years of American Banker.
  • Citations in every answer, with direct links back to the originating articles.
  • Pre-configured preview prompts to demonstrate capabilities.
  • Responsible AI design that limits source access to only trusted research and content from American Banker, reducing the risk of "hallucinations."

Subscribers to American Banker receive full access to the AI research experience. Non-subscribers can test drive the tool via pre-configured searches that showcase typical questions and outputs; full functionality requires a paid subscription.
