First American CoreLogic has introduced a free home pricing application for Apple Inc.'s iPhone.
The application, RealQuest Home Value Pro, displays data from the Santa Ana, Calif., property data company's database of more than 140 million U.S. residences. First American said this is a consumer-focused version of the data it sells to professionals.
"This application taps into the same databases and valuation analytics used by real estate and mortgage finance professionals nationally," George Livermore, First American CoreLogic's chief executive, said in a press release Tuesday. The company is a unit of First American Corp., also of Santa Ana.
