James K. LeValley has rejoined the Phoenix law firm Streich Lang. He will be of counsel in the securities and corporate finance group.

Mr. LeValley had been a director of the law firm for 20 years before being hired away in 1994 to be vice president and assistant general counsel at First Interstate Bank. After Wells Fargo bought First Interstate in 1996 he left Wells for private practice.

In addition to representing financial institutions on regulatory matters, he has taught a course in federal and state regulation of consumer credit transactions at the University of Kansas College of Law.
