Christopher Flanagan, head of asset-backed securities research at JPMorgan Chase & Co., is joining Bank of America Corp., according to people familiar with the matter.
Flanagan, who is located in New York, will be head of mortgage and structured finance research for BofA Merrill Lynch Global Research, said the people, who declined to be identified because the decision has not been announced.
