NORTH ANDOVER, Mass. - Lawrence Savings Bank said it would begin selling its investment portfolio of U.S. Treasury and government agency obligations and its mortgage-backed securities.

The portfolios have an unrealized net pin of about $2.8 million, the thrift said. Book value is $61.7 million for the government portfolion and $15 million for the mortgage-backeds.
