LB Capital Names Grant President

Frederick Grant has been named president of LB Capital Inc., New York, the capital markets, mergers and acquisitions arm of the Laenderbank North America Group, New York, a holding of Oesterreichische Laenderbank AG, Vienna.

Before joining Laenderbank, Mr. Grant was president, chief executive officer, and founder of KSG International Inc., New York and Brussels, a mergers and acquisitions concern in the areas of energy, retail, food, chemicals, and general manufacturing
