Mellon Financial Corp. of Pittsburgh named William G. Caster regional president of Ohio for its private wealth management group.

Mr. Caster will work out of Cleveland in heading the group's sales, portfolio management, and private banking efforts throughout Ohio.
Mr. Caster has more than 25 years' experience in financial services, including 18 at the Cleveland banking company KeyCorp. Before joining Mellon he was a senior managing director and sales leadership director for KeyCorp's wealth management and trust group.
Mellon has $5.8 trillion of assets under management, administration, or custody, including $1.034 trillion under management.
