Mercantile Adjustment Bureau, a Buffalo, N.Y.-based collection agency, has named industry veteran Bruce Gray the company's president.

Gray has 30 years experience on both the creditor and third-party sides of the business. During his tenure on the banking side, Gray held leadership positions within the collection and recovery operations at Citibank, First Card Services and Fleet Boston. His third-party background includes running the operations of several collection agencies. Gray most recently served as the president and CEO of Creditors Interchange Receivable Management.
