Online Resources Corp. plans to let its biller clients accept cash payments through an agreement with MoneyGram International Inc.
The Minneapolis payment systems company said Friday that its ExpressPayment service would let consumers pay their bills through any of nearly 35,000 U.S. MoneyGram agents.
"In today's economic environment, billers and financial institutions are looking to accommodate the growing number of consumers who want to pay in cash or need to make a last-minute payment," Greg Waltz, a MoneyGram vice president and its general manager of payment products, said in a press release.
