Morgan Stanley named Pavel Fedorov managing director of its Russian office's investment banking division.
Mr. Fedorov had been a managing director in UBS' investment banking division in Moscow. Previously he worked for Morgan Stanley for nine years in Moscow and London. Mr. Fedorov will "play a key role in developing Morgan Stanley business in Russia across a number of industries," the company said Friday.
