New Jersey Bank Hires Chief Financial Officer

North Jersey Community Bank in Englewood Cliffs, N.J., has shuffled its management ranks.

The $630.9 million-asset bank said Wednesday that Frank Baier, a partner at Columbia Financial Partners, will become its chief financial officer, pending regulatory approval.

He will succeed Laura Criscione, who will become chief operating officer.

Baier and Criscione will report to Frank Sorrentino 3rd, North Jersey Community's chairman and chief executive.
