Metavante Corp. has promoted Brian C. Hurdis to president of its image solutions division and added two units to the division.
The Milwaukee subsidiary of Marshall & Ilsley Corp. said Wednesday that its item processing and SendPoint remote capture units would be integrated into the image division.
The division also includes the imaging software inherited from the 2004 acquisition of VectorSGI, document management software inherited from the 2005 purchase of Treev LLC, imaging software inherited from the 2004 acquisition of Advanced Financial Solutions Inc., and Endpoint Exchange, an image-exchange network created by several AFS executives.
Mr. Hurdis has been with Metavante since 1999, most recently as general manager for the two units that are to be folded into the imaging division. He succeeded Gary L. Nelson, who was an AFS founder and has now retired.
