Adams, CPA and MBA has successfully completed the certificationprocess with the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts(NACVA(R)) to earn his designation of Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA).Treasury Circular 230, then the Pension Protection Act (PPA) of thissummer, quickly followed by IRS Notice 2006-96 all evidence the process bywhich oversight of the appraisal community is being intensified.
