eMoney Advisor, a Conshohocken, Pa., financial planning unit of Commerce Bancorp, has been selected by Northern Trust Corp.'s personal financial services division to supply financial planning solutions to the Chicago company's advisers.
eMoney offers software that includes Web-based wealth planning tools that offer an aggregated view of a client's financial portfolio, the company said on Monday. With these tools advisers can manage client relationships by identifying strengths and weaknesses in asset allocation, keeping accounts up-to-date, and monitoring significant changes in their clients' financial status.
The personal financial services unit of Northern Trust Corp. had $319.2 billion of assets under custody and $144.4 billion under management at June 30.
