Ohio Bank and CU Form Loan Program

National Bank of Oak Harbor and Commodore Perry Federal Credit Union in Oak Harbor are providing low-interest loans to help spruce up downtown.

The lenders are providing $50,000 to improve building facades with siding, window replacement and other touches. The funds are not designed for major projects such as roofing or interior remodeling.

Interest rates will vary based on the loan's size, term and purpose. Terms can be for up to 60 months, though 24 to 48 months is preferred.
