Debra A. Janssen has been named a director of the banking and payment provider Online Resources Corp.
Ms. Janssen is the president of First Data Corp.'s debit services unit and has been the president and chief executive of eFunds Corp. and chief information officer for Metavante Corp. She is also on the board and audit committee of Plato Learning Inc.
Ms. Janssen succeeded Edward E. Furash, who has retired after four years on the board.
