Citizens & Northern Corporation in Wellsboro, Pa., has named J. Bradley Scovill its new president and chief executive officer.
Scovill will assume leadership of the company and its bank subsidiary, the $1.2 billion-asset Citizens & Northern Bank, on March 2. He replaces Mark Hughes, who has served as interim president and CEO since August.
Scovill is a former president and CEO of the $656 million-asset Kish Bank, in Belleville, Pa. Prior to joining Kish, Scovill held several executive positions with PNC Financial Services Group.
