PITTSBURGH -- Integra Mortgage Co. has agreed to acquire Mayflower Mortgage Inc., Dayton, Ohio.
Mayflower, which is privately held, is the fourth-largest mortgage banking company in Dayton, according to the announcement. Mayflower has an office in Dayton and another in Cincinnati. Both will continue to operate, and the Dayton office will become a regional hub for Integra Mortgage's operations in western Ohio and parts of Indiana and Kentucky.
Integra Mortgage, a unit of Integra Financial Corp., expects to add about $150 million of annual production and about $60 million of loan servicing as a result of the acquisition.
