PeoplesBank in York, Pa., has hired Charles T. Field as its chief financial officer.
The $1.5 billion-asset bank said in a press release Tuesday the Field will also be treasurer of its parent company, Codorus Valley Bancorp. Field succeeds Michael Peduzzi, who left the company in March to become the CFO of Mid Penn Bancorp in Millersburg, Pa.
Field joins PeoplesBank from East River Bank in Philadelphia, where he had been CFO since 2014. He has also been CFO at Westchester Bank in Yonkers, N.Y., according to his LinkedIn profile.
