PNC Financial Services Group Inc. named Stephen Wynne chief executive of PFPC, PNC's provider of global investment services.
The Pittsburgh bank holding company said Wynne is succeeding Timothy Shack, who will remain chairman of the PFPC board and will continue to serve as PNC chief information officer.
Wynne has been the president of PFPC since 2005.
