Broadridge Financial Solutions has promoted Susan Certoma from chief operating officer to president of its brokerage processing services.
In her new role, Certoma is responsible for equity, options and mutual fund securities processing, as well as the company's business process management suite and distributed data product.
Certoma joined Broadridge in July 2009. She had been chief information officer of the former Wachovia Corp.'s corporate and investment bank.
The top five banks and thrifts have combined total assets of nearly $13 trillion.
