QUAKERTOWN National Bank, Quakertown, Pa., has promoted Robert C. Werner to the newly created post of executive vice president-chief operating officer.
Mr. Werner will oversee daily operations of the bank's operations, finance, marketing, and human resources departments.
He was formerly senior vice president of finance for the bank. Mr. Werner joined the bank in March 1986 to set up its finance department.
