Rochdale Investment Management LLC has launched its first hedge fund registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The Rochdale Core Alternative Strategies Fund, which the New York investment manager introduced Monday, is subadvised by American International Group Inc.'s AIG Global Investment Group. The minimum initial investment is $25,000, but eligibility is limited to "qualified investors" with a net worth of at least $1.5 million.
